Can anyone set up as a Vendor?

No, you must be approved. This is a vintage urban market. Example of items allowed: Vintage, Antiques, Collectibles, Re-Purposed, KY Proud Products and some Hand-made items.

What is the cost of Vendor set-up?
Holiday Market $200 (both days)
Food Vendors 15% of the sales
How much space do I get and can I stay with my car?
Each space is a generous 10x15 and most folks can stay with their car. If more space is needed, please contact the show promoters.
What time is set-up?

Preferred set up time is Friday afternoon 12:00 P.M - 9:00 P.M. or Saturday 6:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. Overnight security is provided. All vendors must be set up by 9:00 A.M. the day of the show.

What time is breakdown?
Anytime after 5:00 P.M. If you sign up we expect you to stay for the entire event. Be respectful.
Where do I sign up?
Please use our on-line Vendor Application to apply to be a vendor.
What is NOT allowed?
Anything new.
Examples: Socks, new sunglasses, Avon, perfume, etc.
How many people do you expect?
It varies from show to show but generally between 8,000 and 10,000 shoppers, depending on the weather.
Rain or Shine?
Fleur de Flea is rain or shine! Most of the event takes place undercover.
Do I need a tent?
Depends on if you need shade. There are some areas that are covered but not all.
Is there an ATM Machine?
Yes, there is an ATM Machine located at the Waterfront Park.
Do the booths have electric?
Yes, many of the booths have electric.
Will I be assigned a booth number?
No, we do not assign space. Each vendor has different items and you will be assigned a location after we discuss your needs.
