Vendor Application
• Form must be submitted and acceptance acknowledged prior to the day of market.
• Show promoters have the right to refuse, at their sole discretion, any items they consider not market appropriate.
• You will be contacted immediately if your items are not show appropriate. All other vendors will be contacted 2-3 weeks prior to the market by email.
• Booth spaces are a generous 10ft x 15ft. If more space is required please contact the show promoters.
• Important! Please read the rules about participating in the Fleur de Flea following this application.

Vendor Rules

  • Preferred set-up time is Friday afternoon from 12:00-9:00 P.M. or Saturday 6:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M.
  • Overnight security is provided.
  • All Vendors must be set up by 8:00 A.M. the day of the show!
Simple but strict parking rules:
  • Every vendor is allowed only one vehicle which is to be parked behind their booth.
  • If you need to park another car, please use the lot by Joe’s Crabshack. It is only $3 for the day.
  • Under no circumstances will a car be allowed on the plaza unless it is behind your booth. The plaza consists of the area behind the bathrooms, behind Joe’s Crabshack, along the wall by the water or under Highway 64.
  • We have strict rules regarding parking, so if an extra car is left anywhere on the premise, it will be towed.
We are extremely lucky to have such an amazing venue. Please respect the Waterfront Development and follow the rules!
